A Little more about me. I have been performing for over 20 years both as a DJ and as a live music entertainer as a solo artist and as group member. In the 80s, I spent a lot of time writing music and wrote songs for people in the business all over the world. After having a number of hit songs for other people, I started writing for myself as well as writing for others still. After all, that did earn the pennies. I worked closely with a number of groups including some you might have heard of. As a DJ I found the buzz and the enjoyment that i think every entertainer craves and still do to this day. I still write and play music on a live basis and enjoy all aspects of performing in front of people.

That is something which shows when I perform and is probably the main reason why I keep getting booked. For me it is important that what I am doing is enjoyable both for myself, and for you which is the more important. If I can't portray that anymore, then alas, I think it will be time to hang up the Mike. However having said that, I have been well and truly bitten by the bug and don't see a time when that will ever happen.

I play a wide range of music including the new and the old favourites from the 50s and beyond. I have a large catalogue which is growing all the time and if you have any special requests I will make sure i get what you want in time for your party. I believe that my image is everything. If I portray a good clean cut image to the public, then the public respond better to me. For me it is a two way street where everything i put accross to you, "the client" is the most important part of the job. Therefore, the way i dress, the way I speak and deal with you as people is a very strong part of my life as a performer.

I am a very conscientious performer and when I agree a date and it is confirmed, I make a point of making the date and the time set. I will always phone you prior to the date to check any last minute points or changes and will always make sure that the material I play is suitable for the audience that I am playing to. For me this is one of the most important points in my practice as a professional Disk Jocky. For me, YOUR PARTY IS EVERYTHING TO MY BUSINESS. The right music, the right clothes, the right set listing is important and very relevant when dealing with younger people for instance.

My Insurence Cover is also important. It is very rare and has NEVER happened on a show i have performed in but just in case the worst should happen, it is a comfort to know that the right cover is in place both to cover you and myself from any problems that might arise. It is also important that ALL my equipment is regularly checked and kept up to date to make sure that everything is working just right on the night.
